1、 Sfbx stainless steel corrosion resistant self priming pump features:
SFB and sfbx series pumps are stainless steel corrosion-resistant centrifugal pumps developed by our company. Some of the impellers of SFB and sfbx series pumps are of semi open structure, while others are of closed structure. In addition, the connection modes of pump and motor are direct connection and bracket type with bearing. The shaft seals of all pumps are advanced in West Germany Because our products are made of high-quality stainless steel, the two series of products have a series of advantages, such as reliable corrosion resistance, convenient use and maintenance, compact structure, low energy consumption and good sealing performance.
2、 Sfbx stainless steel corrosion resistant self priming pump material:
1. Over current parts and connecting frame: 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel
2. Mechanical seal: stationary ring: ceramic (SIC). Moving ring graphite impregnated with furan resin.
3. Rubber structure: fluororubber. 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel centrifugal pump.
4. If the transmission medium or use conditions and the pump configuration material does not match, other materials can be discussed.
Such as: flow parts with 316, shaft seal can be equipped with PTFE. Or other kinds of dynamic and static rings.
3、 Sfbx stainless steel corrosion-resistant self-priming pump main uses:
SFB and sfbx series pumps can deliver liquid with temperature not higher than 90 ℃ (direct connection type) or not higher than 105 ℃ (with bearing bracket type), with or without small soft particles or fiber, with corrosive or hygienic requirements Sfbx series pumps are widely used in food and mouth, beverage, medicine, sewage treatment, chemical industry, electroplating, bleaching and dyeing, fine chemical industry and other industries.
