Overview of NYP internal gear high viscosity rotor pump:
NYP internal gear high viscosity rotor pump is a new type of positive displacement pump developed according to the needs of petroleum, chemical industry, coating and other industries. Because the product can choose different materials and structures, it is widely used for medium transportation with different properties and viscosity.
Suitable medium temperature: - 10 ℃~ 200 ℃ (the applicable temperature of nyp0.78 and nyp2.3 is - 10 ℃~ 80 ℃)
Medium viscosity: 1.0cst ~ 300000cst (applicable medium viscosity of nyp0.78 and nyp2.3 is 1.0cst-10000cst)
1. Working principle:
The driving gear (outer rotor) with internal teeth drives the inner rotor to rotate in the same direction in the fully enclosed pump body. The crescent plate of the pump body and the front cover separates the suction and discharge ports. When rotating, a negative pressure is formed at the suction port, and the liquid is inhaled. The rotor takes the liquid to the discharge outlet and discharges the pump body under pressure to complete the liquid transportation.
2. Structure:
High viscosity pumps are mainly composed of internal and external rotors, shafts, pump bodies, front covers, brackets, seals, bearings, etc. There are two forms of mechanical seal and packing seal. For high temperature, high viscous density and strong corrosive medium, packing seal is selected.
When conveying crystallizable materials, insulation jacket can be designed on the front cover and pump body, which can be heated and melted by steam when working. The pump can be equipped with valve. When the pump or pipeline system is overpressured, the valve will open to form internal backflow and ensure the system.
The pump device is composed of pump, motor and base. There are two transmission modes: bridge type and direct connection type.
From the extended end of the spindle to the pump, it is clockwise rotation.

5. The speed of the pump and the flow is a linear function, and the flow of the pump can be changed by appropriately changing the speed.
6. It is especially suitable for the transportation of high viscosity medium.
