1、 CQB-G high temperature magnetic drive centrifugal pump product overview:
CQB-G high temperature magnetic drive centrifugal pump adopts multiple circulation cooling structure, which ensures the reliability and stability of prime power and magnetic drive. At the same time, column pin coupling is used to reduce the noise and vibration of the pump. The combination of the detachable and pin coupling makes the structure of the pump grow and is more conducive to the heat dissipation of the pump. At the same time, it is also very convenient for users to repair or replace parts. In the outer rotor part of the pump, the cooling fan blade is also designed to ensure the stability of the magnetic steel. This series is suitable for conveying high temperature medium, temperature ≤ 200 ℃.
2、 Installation and commissioning of CQB-G high temperature magnetic drive centrifugal pump:
(1) It should be installed horizontally. The lubricating oil level of cooling box should be checked before start-up. If the oil level is too low, it should be replenished in time. Before starting the pump, the cooling water circuit should be opened first. The opening degree of the inlet pipe valve should be adjusted according to the temperature of the cooling water pipe after the pump works normally.
(2) When the suction liquid level is higher than the axis line of the pump, open the valve of the suction pipe before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline should be equipped with bottom valve.
(3) The pump should be checked before use. The wind blade of the motor should rotate flexibly without jamming and abnormal sound. All fasteners should be tightened.
(4) Check whether the motor rotation direction is consistent with the magnetic pump steering mark.
(5) After the motor starts, slowly open the discharge valve. After the pump enters the normal working state, adjust the discharge valve to the required opening. Shut off the water pipe and then shut off the valve.
